Healthy Snack Brand — From Prototype to Commercial Launch
A founder approached us with an early prototype for a healthy snack and a clear vision for where they wanted to take the brand. The idea had potential, but the product itself needed refinement, and there wasn’t yet a structured path to commercialization.
We started by revisiting the formulation — improving taste, texture, and overall consistency while strengthening the nutritional positioning. As the product improved, we expanded the original concept into a more cohesive product line rather than a single offering.
Once development was on solid footing, the focus shifted to scalability. We worked alongside the founder to guide the transition from pilot runs to commercial production and helped shape the go-to-market approach, including exposure through relevant industry channels and trade events.
Over time, what began as a basic prototype evolved into a credible, market-ready product line. The brand later received national-level health recognition — a meaningful validation of both the product’s positioning and the disciplined development process behind it.
